Which company will you use to deliver my order?
We use a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and UK Mail.

How much will my delivery cost?
FREE UK delivery.
UK optional upgrade to Express delivery ONLY £5.99.
FREE INTERNATIONAL delivery. However, heavy international orders over 2kg are charged but, this is at a set price per country up to 15kg. Click here for more details. 

NB: Exact postage costs and upgrades to Express are clearly displayed on the Order Confirmation for you prior to checking out. *Express delivery is based on 'working days' (bank holidays & weekends not included). Express orders placed after 2.30pm are despatched on the next working day. *Some post codes in remote areas/islands etc MAY be excluded from this service.  

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK Normally 1-4 working days.
UK Express: Up to 2 working days.
Europe: up to 6 working days.
Rest of world: up to 10 working days

Customs Charges: Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for paying any local import taxes and other such costs.
