
Returns
- To obtain a return note for your order please enter your
order number and email address in the fields below and click
on the 'Send Returns Note' button.
A Returns form will be sent to your email inbox. Print off the returns form
and Re-package the goods enclosing the completed form. Goods cannot be returned
without this completed form.
Take your parcel to any Post Office. We recommend using
the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. This service will ensure
that delivery to us is recorded/logged.
If you are returning any goods please inform us by email
prior to dispatching the goods back to us.
Refunds may take up to 28 working days. However, in practice
monies are usually refunded to your account within 1 working
day. Please note: It may take up to 5 working days for the
refund to appear as cleared funds in your credit/debit card
account.
Please Note: A full refund can be given if the goods are cancelled by email
within the 7 day cooling off period which starts on the day after you sign
for delivery of the goods. We reserve the right to apply a 12% service/handling
charge to refunds if you cancel the order after the 7 day cooling off period.
Postal charges will not be refunded. Goods cannot be exchanged/swapped,
all goods must be returned and new products re-ordered.
Buy with confidence. No Quibble Electrical Returns Policy. If
a genuine fault develops with your electrical product
within the first year, from date of purchase, please observe the following:
Print off a Returns Note as described above. Return the product to us enclosing
the Returns Note and a contact telephone number. On receipt of your faulty
product we will despatch a new product to you by return. It's
simple!
